Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Address
